These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the LiftFresh app and the website at liftfresh.app (together, the "Service"). Please read them carefully.

01 Acceptance of these Terms

By downloading, installing, or using LiftFresh, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

02 What LiftFresh is

LiftFresh is a tool for planning and logging strength-training workouts and tracking your training over time. It is not medical, health, or professional fitness advice, and it isn't a substitute for guidance from a qualified professional. Information in the app is provided for general training and record-keeping purposes only.

03 Exercise & your responsibility

Exercise carries inherent risks. You are responsible for training safely and for deciding what is appropriate for you. Consult a qualified professional — such as a physician or a certified coach — before starting or changing a training program, especially if you have any medical condition, injury, or concern. Stop and seek help if you experience pain, dizziness, or other warning signs. You use LiftFresh and perform any exercise at your own risk.

04 Trial & LiftFresh Pro

Depending on platform and release version, LiftFresh may include limited access or a trial experience. Generating new workouts requires a paid Pro plan, while logging, history, charts, and import remain available. Export and backup are Pro features. Pro is offered as:

• a monthly subscription,
• a yearly subscription, and
• a one-time lifetime purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel a subscription through your Google Play or App Store account, and you can restore eligible purchases from within the app.

05 Pricing & changes

Plan prices are shown in the app and on this website for general information. The price you pay, applicable taxes, and availability are determined at checkout. Prices and plans may change over time, may vary by region, and promotional pricing may differ. Where required, changes to an existing subscription's price will be handled in line with Google Play's or the App Store's policies and applicable law. Nothing here is a promise that current prices will remain the same indefinitely.

06 Billing & payment

Purchases are processed through Google Play and/or applicable app-store providers, under their terms. We don't process or store your full payment details. Refunds and cancellations are subject to the policies of the store you purchased through. Entitlement (your active trial, subscription, or lifetime unlock) is managed with the help of RevenueCat.

07 What "lifetime" means

A lifetime purchase unlocks LiftFresh Pro for the lifetime of the LiftFresh app and service as offered — it removes the recurring charge for Pro. It is not a guarantee that the app, any specific feature, or any unrelated future apps, platforms, or products will remain available forever. If the Service is discontinued or materially changes, the lifetime entitlement applies to LiftFresh Pro as offered at that time.

08 Acceptable use

You agree to use LiftFresh only for lawful, personal purposes, and not to misuse, reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or to circumvent purchase or entitlement controls. We may suspend access for conduct that violates these Terms.

09 No warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any result (such as estimated 1RM or other calculations) will be accurate for your situation.

10 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiftFresh and its creators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

11 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves or as required by law. When we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above. Continued use of LiftFresh after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
